We are excited to welcome Luis Franco, P.E. to our Structural Engineering Department. Luis is a native of Puerto Rico and moved here two years ago for employment opportunities. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, a Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering and is licensed as a Professional Engineer in Texas. Luis brings over 5 years of experience in Construction, Engineering, Inspections and Project Management. When Luis needs to relax he heads to the golf courses, tennis courts or picks up his guitar.
