ATS’s Inspections Department performs over 50,000 inspections each year. We perform Code Compliance and Energy inspections for small and large builders in Austin, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth and everywhere in between. ATS currently assists over 25 municipalities in Central Texas with inspections, plan review, permitting and document storage. We also provide a range of services to individual homeowners, including third party quality assurance inspections.
ATS provides a broad range of services in the area of accessibility. We have certified plan reviewers and inspectors trained by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) to certify project compliance with the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS). Learn more.

Homeowner Services
Our electronic inspection system allows our inspectors to complete and store your inspection records electronically. They have real-time access to all previous records for each project. Our clients can request new inspections and view previous inspections online. as well as receive daily confirmation emails. Our municipal clients can also view inspection records for projects within their jurisdiction online and receive daily confirmation emails of inspections we’re performing each day.
