ATS Engineers, Inspectors & Surveyors welcomes Raul Gutierrez to our Energy Department. Raul comes to us with over 17 years of experience in the Central Texas Housing market. He recently completed his Home Energy Rating System (HERS) classroom training and is working to complete his field training. When he completes his training he will be a certified RESNET HERS Rater, working with other ATS HERS Raters in the Central Texas area. When Raul’s not thinking about energy efficiency in homes, he’s doing what most Texans love to do, spending time with family and barbequing. We are excited to have Raul join the ATS family of Energy Raters.
