You’d have the opportunity to grow your skills under the supervision of our department manager and team of experienced engineers and drafters (10-25 years expertise).

· 0.5+ years of experience in the design of building structures.

· Engineer in Training (E.I.T.) certification in Texas a plus.

· Good verbal and written communication skills. We’re looking for someone who can stay on top of multiple projects and advise their supervisor on their progress and hangups, to meet external deadlines and expectations.

· Ideal candidate has experience designing structures or structural elements using 2-D/3-D analysis software like Risa, as well as calculations (Enercalc or Excel especially, rather than only hand calcs).

We offer a friendly, creative work environment with a competitive benefits package. If you consider yourself a great fit for this position, please send in your resume for review.
