Featured Employee

ATS would like to recognize Marion Bolton, RPLS, Sr. Survey Technician.  Marion started with land surveying in Austin when she was studying drafting and design technology in college.  The combination of her appreciation of the outdoors, applying historical research, calculation and mapping interested her in a degree in Land Surveying Technology and to continue to become a Registered Professional Land Surveyor.  For several years, while her children were young, she ran her own business as a contract CAD survey/engineer technician.  Marion partnered with firms to work on city improvement projects, subdivisions, utility mapping, easements and title studies.  She has enjoyed working in many aspects of land surveying and she enjoys the variety of projects she works on at ATS.  Marion has been with ATS for approximately four years and we are very pleased to have her as part of our surveying team!

Congratulations Brad Schubert!

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Brad Schubert to the position of Manager of Business Development. Brad has been an integral part of ATS for more than 10 years. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, in 1999, he worked with us as a Civil Drafter for over a year before returning to school to earn his first professional degree of Master of Architecture at the University of Houston, in 2003. Immediately after graduating, he founded, owned and managed a Design Firm, Orange Design Group, which grew to a successful, five person company within two years. In 2006, we encouraged Brad and his family to move back to Austin and rejoin the ATS organization as Special Projects Manager. Along with many successes, Brad’s latest contribution was the acquisition, development, project management and construction of our remarkable, new office building. We look forward to him applying his talents to the new position.

In assuming his new duties as Business Development Manager, Brad will be tasked with maintaining consistent growth for ATS for years to come. By capitalizing on the many strengths and talent of our current Departments and the solid foundation that the ATS brand has established, he will work to expand our production and market share. At the same time, he intends to explore new opportunities and avenues for ATS to grow and expand as a continuing leader in the Engineering, Inspection and Surveying Industry.

When it comes to customer relations, decision making, problem resolution and timely deliveries, Brad’s performance was always influential for ATS. We are sure that he will also prove to be successful at this new position of managing business development.
