ATS is pleased to announce that it is now assisting several commercial builders including, Falkenberg Construction, Pesado Construction Co., The Barr Co., AIA, and Cromwell Builders, Inc. by providing third-party building/milestone inspection services under the newly implemented Third-Party Building/Milestone Inspection Program for Texas Military Department (TMD), Construction Facilities Management Office (CFMO) construction projects. ATS is currently performing building/milestone inspection services on five TMD renovation projects in Taylor, San Antonio, Hondo and San Marcos, Texas.
The TMD is composed of the three branches of the military in the state of Texas. These branches are the Texas Army National Guard, the Texas Air National Guard, and the Texas State Guard. All three branches are administered by the state Adjutant General, an appointee of the Governor of Texas, and fall under the command of the Governor.
ATS also has the pleasure of assisting the CFMO by composing Third-Party Inspectors (TPI) Building/Milestone Inspections Program – Implementation Guidelines to assist commercial builders and inspectors with the newly adopted program.
