Land Surveying – CAD Tech

ATS Engineers, Inspectors & Surveyors is currently seeking a bright, motivated CAD Technician to join our growing Land Survey Department. Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Carlson in a Survey design capacity is a must. Drafting experience preferred could include any or all of the following:

• Boundary Surveys
• Topographic Surveys
• Elevation / Flood Certificates
• Subdivision Surveys

The successful applicant can expect to work in a fast-paced office environment, requiring a high degree of teamwork capabilities. Attention to detail, strong oral and written skills, and effective interpersonal skills are a must.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to producing residential surveys and plats in AutoCAD, which are used by builders to obtain permits from jurisdictions.
