Search Inspections
From the search inspections page you can search for previous inspections and view the inspection forms associated with the inspection in electronic format.
- Searching for inspections -
When you first click the search inspections link, you will be asked for a city to search. Select the city and you will automatically be redirected to the appropriate search form. Here you can type in a street number, and select from lists of Inspection Types, Inspection Results, Streets and Subdivisions. Select the criteria that you wish to search and click the search now button when ready, and your results will popup in a new window. You can choose to close that window when finished, or go back to the search page and perform another search, and keep your previous search results open.
NOTE: your search may not return any results if you select a street that does not exist in the selected subdivision, or other such combinations. .
- Viewing Inspections -
After you have searched for inspections, the search result window will popup. In this window you will have a grid of search results. To view the inspections forms, move your mouse down to the Forms column in the grid, and over the forms icon. A menu pops up to the right of the icon with your options and links to the Inspection Form's image. Clicking this link will open the form in a popup window. To print the form simply select "File > Print" from your web browsers menu.
NOTE: If there are no electronic versions of the inspection forms, then you will get an inactive menu option stating so.
