Search Document Database

From the Search Documents page you can search for city documents and view or download the document that you need.

  • Searching for Documents -
To Search for Documents in the ATS Document Database:

    1. When you first click the search documents link, you will be asked for a city to search in. Select the city and you will automatically be redirected to the appropriate search form.

    2. In the search form you can type in a street number or suite number, or you can additionally select the street name or buildername from the pulldowns.

    3. Select the criteria that you wish to search on then click the "Search Now" button when you are done, and your results will popup in a new window.

    4. You can choose to close that window when finished, or go back to the search page and preform another search, and keep your previous search results open.

NOTE: your search may not return any results if you select a street that the selected builder never built on, or other such combinations.
    .
  • Viewing Documents -
After you have searched for the documents, the search result window will popup. In this window you will have a grid of search results. To view the documents, move your mouse down to the Documents column in the grid, and over the icon that looks like a small stack of papers. A menu pops up to the right of the icon with links to all of the documents available for that particular address. Clicking this link will open the document in a popup window.

NOTE: If there are no electronic versions of the documents that you searched for, then you will get an inactive menu option stating so.

See The Help Page for more information on printing and saving documents.
